I guess the fact you're here means you're interested in Pilates; great choice! 

 

Perhaps you want to improve flexibility, strengthen or do something for

those aches and pains (I hear ya!). Or maybe you're looking for a

complementary practice to support your preferred sports?

 

Pilates can help – give it a try and find out how!

My classes are based on traditional mat Pilates, leading classes

focusing on the original principles as designed by Joseph Pilates

himself including: breathing, precision and control of movement.

 

Through my classes, I aim to remove barriers and add a lot of fun!

As a keen Yogi, you can also bet on some extra yoga influences too.

Joseph Pilates himself said: “You will feel better in 10 sessions, look

better in 20 sessions, and have a completely new body in 30 sessions." 

 

I can personally vouch for that!  I look forward to seeing you on your mat...
