With classes made for real-life, based on traditional mat Pilates, I guide an accessible practice with achievable goals, staying true to the original principles of the creator and GOAT; Joseph Pilates:

My aim is to remove physical, mental, emotional and financial barriers, bringing you safe, progressive and visible results - as well as a lot of fun!

A former super-plus size body owner with my fair share of musco-skeletal challenges and a chronic condition, I have a special interest in the restore / repair aspect of Pilates and welcome anyone with physical challenges.

​​

I also love yoga, and can't help bringing a calming flow to classes.... and a relaxation like only the Yogis can!​

Joseph Pilates himself said: 

     "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference,

                in 20 you'll see the difference,

                                  and in 30 you'll have a new body"​​
