With classes made for real-life, based on traditional mat Pilates (with a few twists!), I guide an accessible practice with achievable goals, staying true to the original principles of the creator and GOAT; Joseph Pilates.

My aim is to remove physical, mental, emotional and financial barriers — offering safe, progressive movement with tangible results (and a bit of fun too).
If you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, you may prefer to begin with the 10/20/30 Pilates Learning Programme — a structured, small-group introduction designed to build confidence from the ground up.
I have a special personal interest in the restore / repair aspect of Pilates and the wider benefits, beyond bones.
I also love yoga, and can't help bringing a bit of Namaste to classes, 'cos you'd better believe the light in me will be honour the schizzle out of the light in you!
